Our client, a leading “IT Services & Solutions” company is looking for an experienced “Senior Lead – Project Management” to join their team in United States immediately.

Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management or, a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the Software industry with a minimum of 6 years experience in Project Management.
• PMP, PRINC II, CSM Certifications, or Master’s degree with Management will be an added advantage.
• Solid Agile and waterfall project management frameworks experience.
• Proven Project Management skills.
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong planning and tracking skills of work as well as RAID.
• Proficient in various computer applications. (Eg: MS Office, MS Project, JIRA & MS Dynamics)
• Ability to groom and Lead Project Managers.
• Ability to lead multiple project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to directly communicate with clients and stakeholders as required.
• Team player, leader with the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
